I'm required to provide business information again

You may need to provide additional business information for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Regular verification every 1–3 years to keep your business information up-to-date and meet our regulatory requirements
  • You've postponed verification during the account application process and you're now required to provide us with it
  • Changes in business or personal details
  • A transaction that requires additional checks

What should I do next?

  1. Go to the 'Home' screen and click the tile requesting information
  2. Check what information has been requested from you, its current status, and the time remaining to provide it (if limited) 
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to submit your information

All communication regarding the request should happen within this tile for information. If you have trouble providing the requested information, upload what you can with a detailed explanation in the description.

Account limitations and review time

If you don't provide the required information, your account might be limited, affecting money transfers, card payments, Merchant actions, and currency exchange.

We aim to review your information within 3 working days. In rare cases, it might take longer. While verifying, any countdown towards account restriction will be paused.

I don't see any requests in-app

If you've received a notification but don't see a request in-app, we no longer need the information — we'll let you know if we do.

Only account owners and admins can view and action requests.
