Card delivery as proof of operating address

You can have a card delivered to verify your operating address if:

  • Your operating address is not virtual, e.g. a PO box
  • You choose your operating address as the card delivery address under the 'Plan & card' section during onboarding
  • You haven't changed your operating address since selecting the previous operating address for card delivery

Confirm your operating address by ordering a card

To order a physical card to confirm your operating address in-app:

  1. Go to the 'Home' menu and select 'Business address'
  2. Fill in the operating address details
  3. On the 'Proof of operating address' screen, select 'Confirm address by receiving card'
  4. Submit your application
  5. You'll see your ordered card status as soon as you've completed your application. Your card should be delivered within 10 days
  6. Once you receive the card, go to the 'Home' menu and open the banner for operating address verification
  7. Select 'Enter the number of the card you received'
  8. Enter your new card's number to finish the verification (16-digit code on the back of the card)

Can't see the option to confirm the operating address by ordering a card

You won't be able to select card delivery as a proof method to verify your operating address if you've changed your operating address before receiving the card. You also won't see this option during regular reviews.
