Operating address verification failed

I submitted the wrong address

If in the 'Home' menu you see the 'Business Address' status as 'Required Action' or 'Submitted', you can follow these quick steps to change your address:

  1. Click on the 'Business Address' tab
  2. Select the 'Operating Address' section
  3. Edit the address with the correct one

If in the 'Business address' tab you see the status 'Verifying', wait for the review from our team. If it gets rejected, you'll be able to edit the address as per the steps above.

Company operates from a virtual address

Company doesn't operate in the country of incorporation

You can operate from any of the supported countries and territories found in the following FAQ.

My bank statement was rejected

It may have been rejected due to:

  • Your company is operating via a virtual address (i.e. PO box)
  • Your statement is from a digital bank
  • Not being dated in the last 3 months
  • Not under the legal name or trading name of your business
