Billing discount for limited accounts
If your account is limited during a prepaid billing period, you'll receive a discount on your next invoice, once your account is fully operational again. The discount is based on how many days your account was limited. We calculate the discount as follows:
Discount = (subscription fee ÷ total days in previous billing period) × number of affected (limited) days
Here's an example
If your monthly subscription is £100, and your account was limited for 21 out of 31-day billing period, your discount would be:
- £100 (subscription fee) ÷ 31 (days in billing period) x 21 (number of days account was limited) = £67.74
If your account remains in a limited state for an entire billing period or longer, a refund will be issued in the next billing cycle, once full account access has been restored.
