Can I keep my e-money account?
All qualifying accounts will be transitioned to Revolut Bank UK Ltd (Revolut Bank) automatically and will be converted to bank accounts as a result.
As part of the process, we will email you four times to provide:
- notice approximately 2 months before the transition
- a reminder about a month before the transition
- a reminder about a week before the transition
- confirmation to let you know once the transition is complete
Can I opt out from the transition to Revolut Bank?
If you don't want your account to be transitioned, you can opt out by closing your account before the transition to Revolut Bank takes place, but we'd be sorry to see you go. You can find out how to close your account in this article.
