How do I transition my account to a bank account?
You don’t need to do anything for your account to be transitioned. All eligible businesses will be transitioned automatically to Revolut Bank UK Ltd (Revolut Bank). As a result, your existing e-money Business account will become a Business current account — or simply, a bank account.
Can I opt out of the transition to Revolut Bank?
If you don't want your account to be transitioned, you can opt out by closing your account before the transition takes place. You'll receive email notifications 3 times before your account is transitioned:
- Notice approximately 2 months before the transition
- A reminder about a month before the transition
- A reminder about a week before the transition
