How can I block a subscription?

Contact the merchant

The only way to cancel a subscription is by contacting the merchant directly.

If the merchant is unresponsive

It's possible to block future payments from a merchant in-app, using our card spend controls:

  • Select the relevant card from the ‘Cards’ tab
  • Select ‘Settings’
  • Scroll down to ‘Spend controls’
  • Select ‘Merchants’ to block spend at the relevant merchant

You'll be able to select merchants you wish to block from your transaction history. Any future charges by the merchants will be declined and appear as declined payments in your transactions list.
