When attempting to withdraw crypto, it's important to carefully double-check all the information you enter to avoid potential losses. This includes:

• Making sure the address is entered correctly
• Making sure you are withdrawing on the same network that the receiving wallet is using

If we request additional information from you about an outgoing transfer, it’s because we're trying to protect you. If you don't respond, the transfer will be cancelled. There's no impact on your account if this happens.


However, if you respond untruthfully, there's a risk you might lose your funds. Always take care in answering and be vigilant. Consider taking 5 minutes to slow things down and think about your responses.

If we see a transfer to an address we think is suspicious, we might cancel it to protect you. In very rare circumstances, such as illegal activity, we may restrict or close your account. This action is always taken as a last resort.
