Revolut BillPay setup

Revolut BillPay helps you manage and pay your accounts payable from one place, reducing manual work.

Connect your accounting software

  1. Go to the 'Hub' tab
  2. Select 'Integrations'
  3. Follow the instructions to connect your accounting software, e.g. Xero, Quickbooks Online, or FreeAgent

For full reconciliation, we recommend enabling bank feeds and the bills settings. 

Automate Accounts Payable

Once connected, your bills will automatically become available in your Revolut Business account for review and pay. You can also upload your bill directly into your Revolut account by either paying these, or:

  1. Go to the 'Transfers' tab, select 'Scan a bill' 
  2. Upload the bill. You can either drag and drop the file (PDF or JPG), or forward the bill to us via email as an attachment

Rapid data extraction 

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) extracts supplier information, payment information, and accounting information from your bill, including invoice or due dates, and line items. Our system also remembers and stores categories and tax rates for each supplier, so every time you upload a bill, you'll get suggestions for next time.

Pay and Sync 

All your bills will appear under the in-app 'Transfers' tab as drafts. Here you can review, edit, schedule, and send bills to the recipient. 

Your bills will stay in sync with your accounting software.
