What should I do if my transactions aren't appearing?

  • Check transaction status: Revolut shows transactions immediately, but most accounting apps will only sync them every 6 to 24 hours and once the transactions are 'Completed'. If a transaction is still 'Pending' in your Revolut app, they likely won’t appear in your software yet
  • Check your integration settings to see if your consent has expired
  • Each currency account is treated as a separate bank account. Make sure you've selected the specific account you're looking for during the Revolut authorisation screen
  • New sub-account reauthorisation: if you have created a new currency account since your last sync setup, it won't appear in your software automatically. You must re-authorise the connection and select the checkbox for the new account to grant the software permission to access those transactions
