How to connect my Revolut Business account with Sage Intacct

Enable the necessary settings and subscriptions

  • Enable ISO country codes: to do so, go to 'Company', select 'Setup', a amd select 'Company. On the 'General information screen', make sure the option to 'Use ISO country codes' is selected
  • Enable bank feeds: go to 'Company', select 'Admin', and then 'Subscriptions'. On the 'Applications' screen, go to Sage Cloud Services and enable the module. You'll then be taken to the 'Configure Sage Cloud services' screen. Under the 'Enable functionality' section, select 'Enable bank feeds'
  • Update user permissions: go to 'Company', select 'Admin' and then 'Roles'. Edit the role assigned to the team members who will manage bank feeds. Click 'Permissions' for the 'Cash management' module. Make sure the necessary permissions are enabled for bank transactions

Once the setup is done

  • Go to the account setup, go to 'Cash management', select 'Setup'. Click 'Checking', 'Savings', or 'Credit card' (whichever account type you're connecting)
  • Click 'Edit' next to the specific account you want to connect to a bank feed
  • In the account details screen, select the 'Banking cloud' tab. Then click 'Connect'
  • Select 'Revolut' and 'Authenticate'
  • Confirm account and start date
  • Confirm the details to complete the connection process. Transactions will begin to be retrieved shortly, and you will see the status update on the account tile
