What information is required to use crypto features?
Required steps
There are a few steps you need to complete before you can start enjoying Crypto to the fullest. We’ve tried to make the experience smooth, but we need some help from your side. You’ll need to:
- Answer the investment allocation questions
- Complete the risk assessment
- Accept the risk warnings
- Wait 24 hours until the cool-down period passes for new Crypto users (doesn’t apply if you’re already using Crypto)
Investment allocation questions
This is a requirement of the new crypto regulations to ensure users specify a percentage amount of a company’s assets to crypto investments.
What happens if I fail the assessment?
If you fail the first time, you can take a second attempt immediately.
However, if you fail your second or subsequent attempts, you’ll have to wait 24 hours before you can take the assessment again.
Do I need to answer all of the questions correctly?
You’ll only pass the assessment if you answer 100% of the questions correctly.
