How can I edit my personal information in my profile?
Once you've provided us with your personal information (date of birth, email address, home address, nationality (+personal code or identification number if required) and a document to verify your identity) you won’t be able to change those details - you need to request support to change your:
- Phone number as soon as your account becomes active
- Home address
- Email address
- Name
- Renew your ID document
- If you need to change any of your other personal details, please raise a support request
