How can I log in with a new mobile device?
If you've changed your mobile device, follow these steps:
- Open the Revolut Business app on your new device and select Sign in
- Enter your email address
- Enter your passcode
- You’ll receive an email to verify your email address — follow the instructions there
- You might be asked to scan a QR code to log in securely on the web app
- You might be redirected to Revolut Business mobile app (or Apple App Store/Google Play store if you don’t have it installed)
- Log in with your mobile app passcode. If you don’t remember it, you can reset it
- If you’re not using a trusted device, you might be asked for a quick selfie
- You will be redirected to the web app after using your passcode and/or confirming login via the e-mail we send
