What happens to my savings account if I downgrade my plan?

Once you downgrade your plan to a lower paid plan, your savings account's interest rate will change. We aim to provide you with the best rate we can, but this rate will be slightly lower than the one you had on your previous higher plan. We'll show you the interest rate applicable to your new plan before you confirm the downgrade.

Once you downgrade, your savings account will also have a new limit, which means you might need to withdraw some money from savings if your current balance exceeds the new limit.

If you're downgrading to the Basic plan, you'll no longer have access to Savings. In this case, you'll have to withdraw all the money you have in your savings account before you're able to downgrade successfully.
