What happens if a customer's subscription payment fails?
We understand that payment issues can occur. Our system is designed to handle these situations proactively:
- Payment reminders: if a payment is missed for any reason, we'll automatically send a series of email reminders to the customer. These emails will prompt them to update their payment information or make the overdue payment
- Subscription cancellation: if the outstanding payment isn't made by the end of the subscription cycle, the subscription will be automatically cancelled. You and your customer will be notified of this cancellation
