Manage my product catalogue items, categories, and tax rates

To add an item to your catalogue:

Go to your 'Hub' tab in the Revolut Business mobile app → select 'Catalogue' → '+ New item'

To edit or delete an item in your catalogue:

  1. Go to your ‘Hub’ tab in the Revolut Business mobile app
  2. Select 'Catalogue'
  3. Select the item you want to edit or delete
  4. Deleting items from the 'All items' section will also remove them from their categories

To manage tax rates in the product catalogue:

  1. Select an item to edit or add a new item
  2. On the add/edit item screen, tap 'More options'
  3. Tap the 'Select tax rate' dropdown
  4. Tap 'Manage rates'
  5. From here you can edit an existing rate, or add a new tax rate
  6. To add a new rate, tap 'Add rate'
  7. Tap 'Add' to save and finish

To add a category to your product catalogue:

  1. Go to your 'Hub' tab in the Revolut Business mobile app
  2. Select 'Catalogue'
  3. Tap ‘Create new’ to the right of the ‘Categories’ section

To edit or delete a category in your catalogue:

  1. Go to your 'Hub' tab in the Revolut Business mobile app
  2. Select 'Catalogue'
  3. Tap the pencil icon next to the category name

From here, you can edit or delete the category. Deleting a category won’t delete the items it contains.
