How do I set up my register?

This is a two step process:

1. Log in to POS web app and configure your iPad grid by:

  • going to Product > iPad grid or click the iPad grid button on the dashboard.
  • drag and drop products or categories from the panel onto the iPad screen image. Place all products you want to show later on your iPad. Once you add an item to the grid you'll see Saved to iPad grid message above the New layout button.

2. Log in to the Revolut POS iPad app using your Revolut Business credentials, or your 4 digit code (unique for every staff member and created in the POS web app).

  • Go to Settings > re-sync Backoffice. You should see a pop-up confirming your products have been updated. Please note: you can't sync if you have an active bill. Your iPad grid should be loaded in your Register screen.
