Create variations and modifiers in Revolut POS

Product variations allow you to offer multiple options (e.g. drink/apparel sizes, colors/flavours) with flexible pricing. Modifiers let customers personalise orders with custom additions (e.g. cooking preferences, wrapping requests).

Both variations and modifiers organise your catalogue while maximising choice.

Create and manage variations

  • Go to 'Products'
  • Select 'Variations'
  • Click 'New variation'
  • Enter the set name (e.g. 'size')
  • Add options like 'small', 'medium', 'large' using 'Add variation' or rearrange by dragging if needed
  • Click 'Save'
  • To assign variations to products, go to 'Products'
  • Click 'New product' or edit an existing one
  • Click 'Add' in the 'Variations' section
  • Select your variation set
  • Choose specific options
  • Assign prices if needed
  • Click 'Save'

Edit variations by clicking the icon next to your variation set, updating the details, and clicking 'Save'. Delete variations by clicking the icon, selecting 'Delete', and confirming their removal.

Create and manage modifiers

  • Go to 'Products'
  • Select 'Modifiers'
  • Click 'New modifier'
  • Enter set name (e.g. 'Cooking preference')
  • Select type (single choice or multiple choice)
  • Add modifier names and optional prices
  • Use 'Add modifier' for more options, rearrange as needed, then click 'Save'

To assign modifiers while creating or editing products, click 'Add' in the 'Add modifiers' section, select the modifier set from the list, click 'Continue' and assign prices if needed, then click 'Save'.

Edit modifiers by clicking the icon next to your modifier set, updating the details, and clicking 'Save'. Delete modifiers by clicking the icon, selecting 'Delete', and confirming their removal from your system.
