Common issues and how to fix them
- You don't have an active Merchant account: check if you have any requests in-app
- You have to complete your identity verification: check if you have any requests in-app
- You don't have enough permissions granted to use the Revolut Terminal: ask your account admin for help
- Your Revolut Terminal is out of battery: connect the charger
- Your terminal's internet connection is unstable: without an active connection, you won't be able to take payments. We advise you to connect your device to our included eSIM. Follow this FAQ to do so.
