Set up Tap to Pay on iPhone
Tap to Pay on iPhone allows you to turn your iPhone into a point of sale to take card payments in person, directly from your phone — no separate hardware is needed. To take a payment, use this link which will bring you directly to the Revolut Business app.
Don't have a merchant account yet? You can sign up and browse devices via our Revolut Shop.
Requirements
Your iPhone must be XS or newer, including iPhone SE 2nd and 3rd generation, with iOS 16.4 or later. Keep the Revolut Business app up to date on your iPhone. Connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi and make sure it is protected by a passcode.
Tap to Pay on iPhone is not available on Android. Tap to Pay is also available in the Revolut POS app for iPhone, where you enable it as an integrated payment method. Learn more in this FAQ.
Set up in Revolut Business app
- Go to 'Merchant' on the bottom menu
- Select 'Get paid'
- Choose Tap to Pay on iPhone and select 'Get started'
- Sign into your Apple account and accept the T&Cs
Once you finish these steps, Tap to Pay on iPhone is ready to use.
