What should I do if there any missing transactions?
Check the integration status in Clear Books
- Log in to your Clear Books account
- Go to 'Money' and select 'Bank accounts'
- Select 'Manage bank feeds'
- Confirm that the Revolut bank feed is active and correctly authorised
- Check if there are any error messages or alerts related to the bank feed
Verify account mappings in Clear Books
- Make sure that the Revolut accounts are correctly mapped to accounts in Clear Books
- Revolut doesn't provide account mapping visualisation, so all mappings must be reviewed directly in Clear Books
Additional checks
- If you suspect a missing transaction, verify in Clear Books whether the relevant account is synced
- If the transaction is from a new Revolut account that wasn't synced during the initial integration, you will need to create a new synchronisation in Clear Books to include the new account
