What is Clear Books and which transactions sync?
Clear Books is UK-based accounting software built for local businesses and contractors, with or without VAT registration. It's designed to meet UK regulations and is only available to businesses registered in the UK.
Only completed transactions from Revolut are imported. Pending ones won’t sync, even if Open Banking allows access. Sync happens up to four times per day after connecting Clear Books to your Revolut account.
If transactions don’t appear, they might still be pending, belong to a different Revolut account, or be flagged due to a sync issue. Make sure the correct account is linked and fully synced.
