Change my Revtag

How to update your Revtag

  • Tap your profile icon in the corner of the home screen
  • Tap Business info
  • Tap the pencil next to your Revtag to edit

Previous Revtags will become inactive and won’t be able to be used by other customers. You can switch back to an old Revtag at any time.

Restrictions on Revtag changes

  • Only account owners and administrators can edit a Revtag
  • You can only change your Revtag twice, excluding switching back to an old Revtag
  • Your Revtag must be unique and can't be taken by another customer
  • Your Revtag must be between 3–16 characters
  • Your Revtag can only contain numbers 0–9 and letters A to Z in the English alphabet
