Cancel, pause or edit a Direct Debit

How to cancel a Direct Debit Core

  • Go to 'Transfers' and select 'Upcoming'
  • Select the Direct Debit you'd like to cancel
  • Click 'Delete' and follow the instructions

You can't delete a Direct Debit from a previous payment, you can only delete a Direct Debit on an upcoming payment. If a Direct Debit is cancelled, it can only be reinstated by the company it was originally set up with.

How to manage a B2B Direct Debit authorisation

  • Go to 'Transfers' and select 'Upcoming'
  • Select authorisation
  • Select 'Edit', 'Pause', or 'Delete'

The creditor may charge you for missed payments.
