I don't need a Merchant account

If you requested Merchant features (card readers, Payment Links, API integration, etc) by mistake or you're no longer interested, just let us know you don’t want to continue with your Merchant account application anymore: 

  1. Go to your pending documents page and reply saying that you don't want to continue with the merchant application
  2. We’ll get your message and close the merchant application so that you don't receive further emails or other comms requesting various documents
  3. Cancelling your Merchant account won’t affect your Business account in any sense. You'll still be able to use your Business account as normal
