Presenting your QR code at the lounge
- If the lounge has an issue reading your QR code, give your Membership Number, which you will find directly under the QR code on your pass
- If you're trying to purchase a lounge pass for a specific airport, but the airport doesn't appear in the list, it's not one of our supported lounges
- You can be refused access to a lounge in spite of having a lounge pass
- Individual lounges could also have their own terms, and can refuse entry in case of capacity constraints, repair works, and other valid reasons
