Getting started with eSIM
What is an eSIM?
eSIM allows you to activate a mobile data plan in other countries from a network provider without having to use a physical SIM card. You can install a data plan anytime before or during your trip. Your plan activates as soon as you install your eSIM.
This product is only available to Titan members. Learn more about Titan.
Getting data plans
To get a data plan, you need to be a Titan member, which gives you access to a monthly allowance of global data. Do the following steps on your mobile app:
- Go to 'Settings'
- Select 'RevPoints'
- Select 'eSIM'
- Tap your Titan allowance
- Select 'Connect'
- Once connected, tap 'Install'
Available countries
Your Titan allowance offers global coverage. To see the detailed list of countries:
- Go to 'Settings'
- Select 'RevPoints'
- Select 'eSIM'
- Tap your Titan allowance and select 'Coverage'
Can I access network voice calls and SMS on eSIMs?
Your Revolut eSIM includes global data only. Voice calls and SMS messages aren’t supported, although you can use any messaging or call platform that uses data with your eSIM — e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.
