Getting an update on an everyday protection claim

Revolut doesn't have access to your claim and can't confirm your eligibility for cover. You’ll need to contact Qover directly to check the status on an existing claim, or for other queries about your protection.

If you have an ongoing claim with Qover

Contact Qover through this page or go to 'RevPoints' in the Revolut Business app, select 'Insurance', then 'Purchase protection', and finally select 'Claim'.
