How do I make a protection insurance claim?

You can file a claim under purchase protection, refund protection, or event ticket cancellation insurance.

If you're having trouble accessing the Revolut Business app, you can also submit your claim on Qover's website directly.

What do I need to submit a claim?

  • Your Revolut Business policy number (found within the 'Purchase insurance' section of your app)
  • All documents that support your claim

What happens after I submit my claim?

You'll get an email from Qover confirming they have received your claim. If not, check your spam and contact details. They'll then review the claim and documents, check its validity, and calculate the eligible amount.

Qover might request additional claim information directly. Keep all relevant documents readily available. Qover will either approve your claim and pay the eligible amount, or explain why it was denied.
