If a retailer denies a return within 90 days of purchase, items bought with your Revolut Business account may be eligible for refund protection. This benefit may cover the item's purchase price and applies to eligible items only.

Only items may be covered by refund protection, services of any kind are not covered. Upon request from your claim handler, you might be required to send the item to Qover's offices in Belgium.

You must be a Titan member and have held the Titan membership continuously from the time you purchased the item until you submit a claim. To be eligible for refund protection insurance, an item must also be:

• Paid for in full using your Revolut Business account
• For professional use
• Purchased from a retailer (not privately) in your Revolut Business account’s registered country or within Europe
• New, suitable for resale
• Meet European conformity safety and environmental certification requirements (if applicable)

Refund protection applies to items costing over £50 that are not specifically excluded in the terms and conditions. Other criteria may also apply.

Individual item coverage is capped at the item's purchase price or £300, whichever is lower. This limit includes any discounts, vouchers, or credits used for the purchase.

Within a rolling 12-month period, the maximum coverage provided by the Refund Protection benefit is £600. This period begins from the date of your Titan membership enrolment.

This is only a summary of coverage. Revolut's everyday protection insurance is provided through Qover, not Revolut itself. Qover is responsible for policy terms, conditions, and claim handling.
