When you make a purchase protection or refund protection claim with Qover, it's important to provide all the necessary documents to ensure your claim is assessed quickly and accurately.
What documents are needed?
Refer to the policy terms and conditions for a comprehensive list of required documents, which will vary according to the nature of your claim and will be communicated with you by Qover. However, the documents may include the following:
- Police report for stolen belongings
- Repair invoice for damaged, repairable belongings
- Proof of purchase like Revolut Business transactions statements
How to check your coverage?
This is only a summary of coverage. Revolut's everyday protection insurance is provided through Qover, not Revolut itself. Qover is responsible for policy terms, conditions, and claim handling.
