How do I get an update on my existing claim?

Revolut doesn't have access to your claim and can't confirm your eligibility for cover, so you’ll need to contact the provider directly to check up on an existing claim.

Insurance support in the Revolut app

If you need to get help with your insurance through our Revolut app, follow these steps:

  • Tap your profile picture in the top left corner
  • Select 'Help' to access our Help Centre
  • Select the topic you want help with
  • If you can't find the information you're looking for in the help articles, scroll down to the bottom and tap 'Chat with us'
