Managing Titan team members

Who can manage team members?

Anyone with Admin or Owner permission can add or remove the Titan add-on for team members.

How to manage team members

To manage team members on Titan, follow these steps:

  • Go to RevPoints on the main menu
  • Select 'Settings'
  • Select 'Titan access'
  • Select 'manage', and then add and remove team members as needed

When will team members get access?

Team members will get access to Titan immediately after enrolling them. When you un-enroll a team member, they'll still have Titan access until the next billing cycle (unless you are within the grace period).
