Any team member who is at least 18 years of age can be enrolled into Titan. However, some Titan benefits have specific eligibility requirements. For example, Titan members in the same business, but in different countries, might have different benefits.

Titan members are billed the same amount regardless of whether they have access to all Titan's benefits or not. It's the responsibility of the Owner or Admin who enrols a team member to be aware of any limitations that may apply to their use of Titan benefits.

Titan members are eligible to redeem Revpoints only if we can verify their identity. To learn more about identity verification of your team members, visit this FAQ.

Titan members are eligible to those insurances only if we can verify their identity (for travel insurance, they must also be no older than 75) and if they are residents of the following countries:

• Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark
• Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar (excluding travel insurance), Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey (excluding everyday protection)
• Hungary, Iceland, Ireland
• Isle of Man (excluding everyday protection), Italy, Jersey (excluding everyday protection), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg
• Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Saint Martin, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
• United Kingdom

Titan members are eligible to claim their eSIM allowance only if they are residents of the following countries:
