Titan fees per team member
How am I charged?
The monthly fee for each team member that is enrolled to Titan is charged on top of your monthly Business plan fee. The amount is calculated at the start of each billing cycle.
When people are added midway through a billing cycle, we charge a pro rata fee on the next billing cycle for the previous month and the upcoming month. After that, we charge upfront monthly.
When you change your Business plan, a new billing cycle starts. To avoid double Titan charges, we refund you for any unused days on your previous plan.
Is there any grace period?
If you un-enroll a team member within 14 days of originally enrolling them, and they haven't used any of the perks or ordered a card, you'll be refunded the Titan fee. They'll also be un-enrolled from Titan immediately. Otherwise, break fees may apply.
What are the break fees?
If you un-enroll a team member within 6 months of enrolling them to Titan, a break fee will apply. The un-enrollment will be scheduled for the end of your Revolut Business billing cycle. A break fee equal to one months Titan fee will apply in this case.
