How do I send all RevPoints to the Owner?
Who earns RevPoints by default?
Only active Titan members earn RevPoints on their spend. This refers to team members who have the Titan add-on enabled for them. To learn more about how Titan works, visit this page.
Each team member's points balance is shown on the Business account, but — by default — a points balance can only be accessed by the team member who earned those points. No other team member on the same Business account, not even the Owner or Admins, can use these points.
However, this setting can be adjusted so that the Owner receives all points earned by their team members. The steps to enable this are outlined below.
Send RevPoints only to account Owner
The Owner and Admins can enable the 'Send RevPoints to account Owner' setting at any time. This will pool all RevPoints earned by active Titan members on the Business account from that moment onward into a single balance, which is only accessible by the Owner. To enable this:
- Go to 'RevPoints'
- Select 'Titan settings'
- Switch on 'Send RevPoints to account owner' using the toggle
- This setting can be enabled or disabled at any time
RevPoints earned by Titan members before this setting is enabled will remain in each of their own balances, and will only be accessible by the Titan member that earned them.
