Billing statement for my paid plan
You can download a billing statement for your paid plan charge if you require a document for it, but you can't download an invoice, as it's tax-exempt.
However, you can download an invoice for your expenses or Titan charge as it's subject to VAT. Downloading invoices is only possible 24 hours after your account is charged.
How do I download a billing statement or invoice?
- Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Access the 'Billing & plan' sub-menu
- Select 'Documents' to access the current billing cycle or 'View history' and select the period to access Documents from previous billing cycles
Use this link to change your plan.
