How to change or cancel my subscription plan
- Go to 'Settings'
- Select 'Billing & plan'
- Tap 'Change plan' to view and select your new plan
- Choose between annual or monthly billing
- Start your plan instantly or schedule it for the end of the current billing cycle. Instant downgrades are only available if you're eligible for a refund
There's no limit to how often you can change your plan.
Information about Metal cards
If you're switching to a plan that offers fewer complimentary Metal cards, you'll be charged £49 for any additional Metal cards ordered within the last 3 months. Alternatively, you can wait until 3 months after the cards have been issued, then switch to a lower-tier plan without any fees.
I want to close my account
