My team member can’t log in
Newly invited team members logging in for the first time
Invited colleagues who have joined the Business account but never logged in before should:
- Open the Revolut Business signup page
- Click 'I've been invited to join a company'
- Enter their work email address and continue the steps on-screen
If they have signed in before, then try:
If a login error still persists, try the following:
- Set browser to incognito or private mode before logging in
- Clear browser cache and enable pop-ups
- Try a different browser
- Make sure the app is updated or reinstall it
Make sure they've downloaded the Revolut Business app (black icon), rather than the personal Revolut app (white icon).
