Sending a card transfer
What are card transfers?
With a card transfer, you can send a bank transfer to a recipient that you identify with their card number instead of their regular bank account number
Sending money to a card is usually instant, but can take up to 30 minutes. In very rare cases, banks may delay transferring funds to cards, which could take 48 hours.
How to send card transfers?
- Go to Transfers on the main menu
- Click +New in the top right
- Select 'Card' to add a new recipient
- Enter the receiver's 16-digit card number
- Enter the amount and choose the currency
- Submit the transfer after reviewing the amount sent and fees charged
You need to have the permission to send money within your role. If not, contact your administrator.
