Need a hand?

Only a business admin or owner can initiate transferring a Work Phone number to another network. They request a PAC from Revolut and provide it to the new provider.

In the app, open the 'Work Phone' plan, select 'Manage', choose the number and tap 'Request PAC'. Where supported, you can also text PAC to 65075 from the Work Phone number.

Make sure not to cancel the plan before the number transfer completes.

The new provider normally completes the transfer, and the Work Phone service then ends automatically.
