Getting Work Phone plans for team members
Only business admins and owners can purchase and provision Work Phone plans for one or more team members. They pay from an eligible business pocket and manage the company's subscriptions and billing.
How to provision a plan
In the Revolut Business app, open the 'Mobile plans' or 'Work Phone' section, choose to add a plan, select the team member, and complete checkout.
The team member is then notified and can install the eSIM on their device. A stable internet connection is required during installation.
Can employees buy plans?
Employees can view their own plan information and install their assigned eSIM, but they can't purchase a Work Phone plan.
An employee can ask an admin or owner to arrange a plan. Only business admins and owners can purchase Work Phone plans for employees.
Managing multiple team members
Admins and owners can purchase plans for multiple team members and view all active mobile plans from one place.
Bulk purchases are charged as a single aggregate business payment, while individual subscriptions and allowances remain associated with each team member.
