Revolut BillPay setup

Revolut BillPay helps you manage and pay your accounts payable from one place, reducing manual work.

Connect your accounting software

To get the most out of BillPay, we recommend connecting your accounting software first:

  • Go to Settings (Within the Profile icon)
  • Select Integrations and choose your platform
  • Enable Bank Feeds: for full reconciliation, ensure both bank feeds and bill settings are toggled 'on'

Once a bill is added via any route, it will appear as a 'Draft'. From there, you can review, edit, schedule, or send the payment immediately. All actions stay in sync with your accounting software.

Automate accounts payable

You can manage your bills from two primary locations within Revolut Business:

  • The Transfers tab: best for quick creation and payment of a bill. Select Bills to pay an invoice directly
  • The Bills tab: go here for a complete overview of all pending, drafted, and paid bills, or to initiate a new bill creation

Routes to add bills

  • Accounting sync: connect Xero, QuickBooks Online, FreeAgent and more via 'Integrations'. Your bills will automatically pull into Revolut for review and payment
  • Email forwarding: forward any bill (as an attachment) from the email address associated with your Revolut Business account to your unique BillPay email address. You can find this address on the Add bill page
  • Scan or upload a bill: drag and drop a PDF or JPG directly into the web app or use 'Scan a bill' on mobile. Our optical character recognition (OCR) extracts the details for you
