When setting up a new feed, you can usually choose a 'Sync start date' to bring in past transactions. You’ll need to consider the following:

• Standard sync: due to European open banking regulations, most integrations can automatically pull the last 90 days of transaction history during the initial setup
• Some software allows a longer pull, but only at the moment you authorise the connection. This depends entirely on the accounting software
• Manual import for older data: if you need data older than 90 days (or if your accounting software has a specific limit) we recommend exporting a CSV or MT940 statement directly from your Revolut Business app and manually uploading it
