Cancel a transaction on the Revolut Terminal

You can cancel a transaction by pressing 'X' on the payment screen on the terminal.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you can issue a full or partial refund to the customer. To do so:

  • Go to 'Orders' and select 'Paid'
  • Tap the order you want to refund
  • Tap 'Refund'
  • Enter your device passcode
  • To issue a partial refund, enter a lower amount
  • Confirm by tapping 'Refund'
