How to avoid failed transfers

The most common reasons for failed transfers are listed below. To make sure your transfer is successful, avoid the following scenarios.

Your access is limited

Make sure your Business account is active and without any limitations to send transfers. You must also have the profile permissions to send transfers from the selected currency account, granted by the account Owner or Admin.

Double-check recipient details

Before sending the transfer, verify that the recipient's name and account details are correct. You can request a statement from the recipient to ensure the information matches their bank records.

Move money between currency accounts

Use Move to reallocate funds within your Business account from one currency account to another.

Recipient hasn't received money

Check if the transfer is within the expected timeframes. If it has exceeded timeframes:

  • Go to Transfers on the main menu
  • Select your recipient from the list
  • Select a past transfer
  • Next to 'Confirmation', click 'Download'

Transfer confirmations are available for all completed transfers and some pending transfers. Share them with the recipient and ask them to contact their bank to investigate any delays or issues with receiving the funds.
