My team member can't log in

If they can't log in to the web app

  • Set browser to incognito or private mode before logging in
  • Clear browser cache and enable pop-ups
  • Try a different browser

If they can't log in to the mobile app

  • Double check they've downloaded the Revolut Business app (black icon) not the personal Revolut app (white icon)
  • Download and re-install the mobile app to make sure they’re using the latest version available
