For physical card orders, a fee is charged based on your plan, card type, and delivery method. We'll show you all applicable fees in-app before you order. Virtual cards are available at no cost. Paid plan customers can opt to order a card from a lower-tier plan.

• Card fees are a one-time charge for each additional card
• There are no monthly charges for having a physical card
• Special edition cards are available to each plan, and upgrading to a higher plan will not decrease the fee for them. They cannot be provided for free
• There are no special or exclusive benefits associated with special edition cards beyond any associated plan benefits

• First Standard card: card is provided at no cost, but delivery fees apply
• First Plus, Premium, Metal, and Ultra card: at no cost, once per 12-month billing cycle. Includes one replacement non-Metal card, while additional Metal ones incur a fee

• Plus and Premium: EUR 9.99
• Metal: EUR 39.99
• Ultra: EUR 49.99

We offer Standard, Express, and Lightning delivery, subject to country serviceability. You’ll only see eligible options at checkout. Lightning is paid for all plans. Plus gets free Standard delivery, while Premium, Metal and Ultra get free Express delivery.

• Local standard untracked: EUR 6.99

• Lightning (Standard and Plus plan): EUR 29.99

Lightning delivery is paid for all plans. However, the amount of charge for Lightning delivery depends on the type of plan as stated above.

Replacement fees may apply. While extra cards always incur a cost, replacement cards may also be subject to additional fees depending on the circumstances.
