• Your external bank's app is updated to the latest version
• You have your username and password ready. If applicable, have your matrix card or physical token nearby
• You're the account holder (Business or Joint accounts may not be supported for credit verification)
• If you’ve linked this bank before, your old consent might be interfering. Try removing the bank from Revolut (if visible) and restart the process
